This 5 Nights and 6 Days Volvo package covers beautiful destinations including Manali, Solang Valley, Kullu, Kasol, and Manikaran. The trip starts from Delhi with an overnight Volvo journey and includes hotel stay, sightseeing, meals, and private cab transportation for local tours.
The package includes Volvo bus travel, private cab transfers, 3-star or 4-star hotel accommodation for 3 nights, breakfast and dinner, welcome drink, candlelight dinner for couples, local sightseeing, Solang Valley tour, and Kullu–Kasol–Manikaran excursion.
Airfare/train fare, personal expenses, adventure activities, entry tickets, guide charges, room heaters, snow vehicle charges, insurance, and expenses caused by weather or natural issues are not included in the package.
Full payment must be completed before boarding. Delays due to traffic, weather, or transport issues are beyond the organizer’s control. Seating arrangements are managed by the organizers.
Your booking will be confirmed only after the advance payment is successfully received. Once the payment is completed, a confirmation message with trip details will be shared with you. Seats are subject to availability and are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
The booking amount is non-refundable. Cancellation charges may apply depending on the cancellation period before departure. Any refund, if applicable, will be processed according to company policy after deduction of applicable charges.
If canceled 15 days before the trip, 50% charges apply. Cancellation within 7–15 days attracts 75% charges, while cancellation within 7 days is non-refundable. The booking amount is non-refundable under all conditions.
