Children below 5 years can travel free of cost without an extra bed. Children between 5 and 12 years are charged according to extra bed costs, while children above 12 years are charged as adults according to hotel policies.

Standard hotel check-in and check-out times apply. Early check-in or late check-out requests can be made but are subject to hotel availability and may involve additional charges.

Travelers are advised to immediately inform the tour manager in case of any issues during the trip. If unresolved, complaints should be submitted to the company in writing within 28 days after the tour ends.

International travelers visiting India must carry a valid passport and visa. Visa and passport processing charges are not included in the tour package.

The company acts only as a tour operator and is not directly responsible for hotels, transport providers, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or third-party service failures.

The company accepts responsibility only for services directly under its control. Additional vehicle usage beyond the itinerary may attract extra charges, and the company reserves the right to modify the itinerary if necessary.

Your booking will be confirmed only after the receipt of the required advance payment. Once the payment is successfully processed, a confirmation message along with trip details will be shared via WhatsApp or email. Seats are subject to availability, and bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Travelers are requested to complete the remaining payment before the departure date to avoid cancellation of the booking.

Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation timeline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing through WhatsApp or email. The refund amount will be calculated after deducting applicable cancellation charges and transaction fees. In case of trip cancellation from the organizer’s side due to unavoidable circumstances, travelers will be offered either a full refund or an option to reschedule the trip. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

Cancellation charges depend on the number of days left before departure. More than 20 days before departure results in loss of deposit only, while cancellations closer to the departure date may attract charges ranging from 50% to 100% of the tour cost.
