The journey begins with an overnight Volvo transfer from Delhi to Jammu. The trip covers major destinations including Pahalgam, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, and Srinagar. Travelers will enjoy sightseeing, Dal Lake houseboat stay, Shikara ride, valleys, waterfalls, and beautiful mountain landscapes throughout the trip.

Your booking will be confirmed only after the successful payment of the 30% advance amount. Once the payment is received, a confirmation message along with trip details and travel information will be shared via WhatsApp or email. Seats are limited and bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refunds will be processed according to the applicable cancellation policy. In case the trip is cancelled by the organizer due to unavoidable situations such as weather conditions, road blockage, government restrictions, or natural disasters, travelers will be offered either a refund or an option to reschedule the trip. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after deduction of applicable charges.

• Cancellation made more than 15 days before departure: 25% cancellation charges apply.
• Cancellation made between 15 to 7 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges apply.
• Cancellation made between 7 to 3 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges apply.
• Cancellation made within 3 days of departure or in case of no-show: No refund will be provided.

Any applicable transaction charges, taxes, or non-refundable booking amounts will be deducted from the final refund amount.
