In case of heavy snowfall, landslides, or natural disasters, the company reserves the right to cancel or modify the Chopta visit for safety reasons. However, the team will try to continue the trip if weather and road conditions permit.

Travelers should carry warm clothes, thermals, waterproof jackets, trekking shoes, gloves, woolen socks, sunscreen, toiletries, medicines, reusable water bottles, snacks, ID proofs, raincoats, torches, sunglasses, trekking poles, and Kedarnath Yatra registration documents. Travelers are advised to pack light and avoid carrying valuables.

To reserve a seat, travelers need to pay ₹2,000 per person as a non-refundable advance amount. The remaining payment must be completed before the trip starts or at the boarding point. Bookings can be made through UPI applications like Google Pay, Paytm, and PhonePe. A booking invoice is shared after successful payment.

The advance amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. Travelers must carry valid government ID proofs for boarding. Bookings are non-transferable, and no refunds are provided for unused services.
