The company reserves the right to modify or cancel certain sightseeing points due to weather conditions, landslides, snowfall, or any natural disaster for the safety of travelers.

Travelers should carry warm woolen clothes, waterproof jackets, trekking shoes, thermals, gloves, toiletries, ID proofs, medicines, reusable water bottles, snacks, raincoats, torches, sunglasses, trekking poles, and Kedarnath Yatra registration documents.

Travelers must carry valid government ID proofs for boarding. Bookings are non-transferable, and pending payments may lead to trip cancellation. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the journey. The company is not responsible for delays, losses, accidents, weather-related disruptions, or itinerary changes caused by unavoidable situations. Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and cooperate with trip coordinators throughout the journey.

To reserve a seat, travelers need to pay ₹2,000 per person as a non-refundable advance amount. The remaining payment must be completed before the trip starts or at the boarding point. 

The advance amount is strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or cancellations made after trip arrangements are finalized.
