Travelers should carry warm clothes, thermals, waterproof jackets, trekking shoes, woolen socks, gloves, ID proofs, medicines, toiletries, sunscreen, reusable water bottles, snacks, raincoats, torches, sunglasses, trekking poles, and Kedarnath Yatra registration documents.

Travelers must carry valid government ID proofs for boarding, and bookings are non-transferable. Smoking and drinking are strictly prohibited during the journey. The company is not responsible for delays, losses, accidents, weather disruptions, or itinerary changes caused by natural disasters or unavoidable circumstances. Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and cooperate with trip coordinators throughout the trip.

The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances. No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or cancellations after confirmation. In case of trip cancellation due to weather, landslides, or any unavoidable circumstances, the company may provide an alternative schedule or partial refund depending on the situation. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

The company reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather conditions, roadblocks, landslides, or any unavoidable situations for traveler safety.
