Spiti Valley is a breathtaking Himalayan cold desert known for its dramatic landscapes, ancient monasteries, remote villages, and adventurous mountain roads. This journey allows travelers to explore peaceful monasteries, beautiful lakes, traditional villages, and the authentic Himachali lifestyle while enjoying the untouched beauty of the Himalayas.

Day Wise Plan

Day 1
After arriving in Chandigarh, you will proceeds towards Narkanda via Shimla, a peaceful village surrounded by deodar forests. Travelers visit Tani Jubber Lake and can optionally visit Hatu Peak for panoramic Himalayan views. The day also includes tasting the famous local delicacy, Kinnauri Siddu, followed by dinner and overnight stay in Narkanda.
Day 2
The journey continues towards Sangla through scenic mountain roads and the famous Kinnaur Gate. Travelers visit Chitkul, the last inhabited village near the Indo-Tibetan border, and enjoy the beauty of Baspa Valley and Baspa River. Lunch can be enjoyed at the famous “Hindustan Ka Akhri Dhaba” before returning to Sangla for an overnight stay.
Day 3
After breakfast, you enters the cold desert region of Spiti. The journey includes visits to Khab Sangam, Nako Lake, Nako Monastery, and Gue Monastery, famous for the naturally preserved 500-year-old mummy of a Buddhist monk. Travelers reach Tabo by evening for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 4
The day begins with a visit to the ancient Tabo Monastery followed by Dhankar Monastery, which was once a royal fort. The journey continues to Key Monastery, Kibber Village, and Chicham Bridge, one of the highest suspension bridges in Asia. Travelers stay overnight in Kaza.
Day 5
Travelers explore the beautiful high-altitude villages around Kaza including Langza, famous for fossils and the giant Buddha statue, Hikkim with the world’s highest post office, and Komic, one of the world’s highest motorable villages. The group returns to Kaza for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6
The journey continues through Kunzum Pass towards Chandratal Lake, also known as the Moon Lake. Located at an altitude of around 4,300 meters, the lake is famous for its crystal-clear water and breathtaking mountain views. Travelers enjoy camping near Chandratal Lake with dinner and overnight stay.
Day 7
After breakfast, drive towards Manali through adventurous off-road terrain. Travelers stop at the famous Chacha-Chachi Dhaba and visit the Atal Tunnel. If time permits, travelers can explore Manali Mall Road before heading towards the overnight journey to Chandigarh.
Day 8
reach Chandigarh in the early morning, marking the end of the memorable Spiti Valley adventure.
What's Included

The package includes Chandigarh to Shimla and Manali to Chandigarh Car travel, internal transportation by private Car, accommodation in hotels, camps, and homestays, six breakfasts, six dinners, required permits, parking charges, toll taxes, and an experienced trip leader.

What's Excluded

The package does not include lunch, mineral water, entry tickets, transport to Hatu Peak, personal expenses, Delhi stay, or any additional costs arising due to landslides, traffic jams, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Know Before You Go

The trip includes stays in local homestays and camps to provide an authentic mountain experience. The tour is suitable for travelers between 18 and 40 years of age. AC facilities are available only in plains and not in hilly regions. The itinerary may change depending on weather and road conditions. Travelers are advised to carry essential medicines for high-altitude travel.

Confirmation Policy

Advance payment depends on the booking date. Travelers booking 30 days before departure need to pay ₹5,000 per person, bookings 15 days before departure require ₹8,000, bookings 10 days before require ₹10,000, and full payment is required for bookings made within 3 days of departure.

Refund Policy

Payments can be made through Online Booking/bank transfer or UPI. Once the payment is completed, travelers receive a booking confirmation mail from TourPanda.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is made between 50 to 30 days before departure, ₹5,000 per person will be deducted. Cancellation between 35 to 15 days before departure will attract a deduction of ₹7,000 per person. Cancellation within 7 days of departure is non-refundable as all arrangements are finalized.
