If camps at Chandratal are not available, accommodation in Manali will be provided instead.

Travelers are responsible for their personal safety and belongings throughout the trip. Carrying narcotics, banned substances, fireworks, or weapons is strictly prohibited. Guests must follow campsite rules, maintain discipline, and respect fellow travelers. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant without refund for misconduct or rule violations. A valid government ID proof is mandatory for all travelers.

TourPanda is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by weather conditions, landslides, accidents, traffic, political closures, or any unforeseen events. Certain sightseeing points or activities may be modified or cancelled depending on weather and road conditions.

Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. A token amount of ₹5,000 is required to reserve the seat, while the remaining balance payment must be completed before departure. Payments can be made through bank transfer or UPI using the official TourPanda payment details.

Tickets and registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or cancellations after booking confirmation. In case of delays, weather issues, landslides, or unforeseen circumstances, the company reserves the right to modify or cancel activities for traveler safety.
