Your booking for the Buran Pass Trek will be confirmed only after the successful payment of the advance booking amount. Once the payment is received, travelers will receive a booking confirmation message along with trek details and essential guidelines. Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Refunds will be processed according to the cancellation timeline of the trek. In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, roadblocks, natural disasters, or any unforeseen circumstances, the organizer may provide an alternative schedule or partial refund depending on the situation. No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or last-minute cancellations. Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days.

• Cancellation made 15 days or more before the trek departure: 25% cancellation charges apply.
• Cancellation made between 14 to 7 days before departure: 50% cancellation charges apply.
• Cancellation made between 6 to 3 days before departure: 75% cancellation charges apply.
• Cancellation made within 3 days of departure or no-show: No refund will be provided.

The organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the trek due to weather conditions, natural disasters, roadblocks, or any unforeseen circumstances for the safety of travelers.
