Your booking will be confirmed only after successful payment of the advance amount and submission of required traveler details. Seats are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. The remaining payment must be completed before departure, and final trip details will be shared prior to the journey.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the cancellation terms and may take 7–14 working days after approval. The advance booking amount is non-refundable. No refunds will be provided for unused services, no-shows, voluntary cancellations during the trip, or delays caused due to weather, natural calamities, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any applicable transaction charges or taxes are non-refundable.
